Farm ID 846

    Farm ID 846
Property Description:

My husband and I live in the farmhouse. We have a total of four acres. Three is available (for free) to a farmer who will farm it organically. There is a well for water. It was once a chicken farm, then a vegetable farm. Then it was unfarmed for years. We have owned the property for about 20 years. For four of those years, the farm was farmed--once by a sunflower farmer who we met through Farmland, and for three years by Justin Deri of Deri Farm in North Yarmouth. That farm has gone under. We are happy to let someone use the land if it would be beneficial. Justin gave us some vegetables in return, which we loved.
