Lease allowances dependent upon number of events that book over the duration an interested tenant elects to live on the premise.

There is two acres available for growing to a new farmer tenant with owner requesting Regenerative Agriculture practices preferably little to no tilling. Owner will consider leasing the open land or the house, or both depending on tenants needs.

Owner will cover WI-FI. Utilities such as heat gas propane for mini split if staying through the winter, electric, and cable, TBD and contingent based on number of reserved dates for various events and bookings. Listed leasing costs are contingent at this time given transfer of property ownership internally within family.

Standard Land lease costs per acre apply: $150.00 per acre for the season with family willing to discuss establishing and co - funding tunnel or greenhouse expansions based on level of interest by farmer to establish more of a year round grow due to the short season in Maine. Land could host a good size greenhouse alongside a large rectangular field area 80 x 20 for outdoor growing.

Farmhouse Lease terms: Off Season - Seven month leasing terms are entertained at this time for discussion starting at a suggested $2,700.00 per month. See previously mentioned allowances. Tenant will be offered a right of first refusal to return in the Fall to resume role in developing property out for the farming community.

Large frontage along high traffic volume town road could allow for roadside signage to farm stand if town approves.
Farm buildings include storage sheds, outdoor cook kitchen in a shaded grove area, and room for Large Greenhouse which is highly recommended to add greater value to overall use of the property. Owner will consider co-funding. Regenerative Agriculture Practices only. No till / No Chemical Fertilizer. Not suitable for livestock.
