Farm ID 3646

  1. Farm ID 3646
Property Description:

I'm presently and will be living here with my family. It is a pristine 24 acre previous cow/hog/horse/ chicken farm, apple orchard dating back to 1846. Most of it is now in hay, we have some goats, a cow, a donkey and three Australian shepherds. It was let go by the previous owners and I've slowly been bringing it back over the last three years. I'm 62 years old and could use some help(part time) around the place. We don't use the greenhouse which is huge so I thought if somebody was interested in using that and a small piece of land with some storage sheds in exchange for helping around the property it would really help me out. I would love to see the place restored close to it's former beauty and function someday.

Equipment: 42hp farm tractor with backhoe, 60" Bush hog, front bucket, forks. Mini excavator/grader. 18hp hydraulic Barreto rototiller. Small dump truck. Two trailers. Hand tools. More!

I presently have very few invasive plants on the property and do not want any type of soil disturbance that would lead to unchecked spread of invasive plant material.
