I have been farming for the past 11 years, managing organic veggie and perennial based farms with a fair bit of experience with various livestock. The last few years I have been managing an Urban farm for a hospital and I am ready to be back on land doing larger scale farming. I have a masters in Agroforestry and also teach permaculture design courses.

We’re two sisters in our 30’s, plus our partners, and our mom in her 60’s. One of us is an experienced farmer who also teaches permaculture design and has a masters in Agroforestry.
We’re looking for a farm we can call our long-term family home! Our plan is to create a farm where we can feed our family and our community, with a focus on farm-based education for young and old. We are dedicated to farming in a way that is regenerative to the land, the soils we grow in, and the people who come to the farm. Happy to talk more about our vision.
Our crop and livestock plan will depend on the land, but we’re interested in berry production, mushrooms, vegetable production, and small-scale livestock systems. If we are able to acquire a larger amount of acreage, we are very interested in agroforestry-based orchard production.
We are open to sellers putting a large section of the land into designated conservation before selling it to us.
We could be interested in land even without a home on it, if everything else was great. Must include 10+ acres of open pastures or fields.
