Here is a summary of the vision for my farming future and/or business plan:

My farming vision is to raise beef cows for slaughter to sale throughout the Maine beef market to local vendors and also at the local auction by providing quality beef to sale at the local beef auction and also raise these beef cattle to sale at the local farmers market and also to grow vegetables and from the poultry that will be raised on my farm. My vision is to is based on market research that shows that the beef industry in Maine is one of the smallest in the nation. I want to help sustain the state of Maine with quality beef that will be sold in state providing while at the same time exporting quality beef cattle throughout the US. My future goal is to create a quality farming institution that will not only provide for Maine residence it will also allow for our states Veterans to gain experience in the farming trade. By utilizing the Veterans work study and CWT work therapy programs that allows veterans to be paid while gaining valuable work experience. That will help them reintegrate back into society after serving our country. My farming vision and goals is not only to sustain or bring a new product to market my vision and goal is the continuation of service to my country by providing for my brothers and sisters of the military that I myself served honorably along with my husband for almost a two decade and a half combined.
