Past and present farming experience:

We have been raising a flock of meat sheep for 3 years. We've also raised goats in the past for meat and may venture into it again. We've also raised chickens, both layers and meat birds and plan to increase both of those productions for pastured poultry products.
We currently run a butchery and plan to expand to a poultry slaughtering facility for both wholesale and custom services.

Here is a summary of the vision for my farming future and/or business plan:

We will continue to raise sheep on a small to medium scale and increase our meat bird and layer production. We will continue working with other local farmers buying their livestock to fulfill customer demand.
Once we've acquired our farm, we'll be building a state exempt poultry enterprise slaughter facility with a commercially certified butchery and store front to run a "cooperative" farm store and butchery. We'll be selling wholesale poultry to markets and restaurants as well as direct sales to customers for all other meat products.
