Past and present farming experience:

Michael has around 10 years between working as a teen on a farm and owning a small hobby farm which included, goats, pasture raised meat poultry, egg layers, quail, Turkey's, rabbits and gardens. With extensive knowledge of Joel Salatin way of Symbiotic farming thus cutting costs as well as a balanced way of permaculture farming.
As well as livestock we have over 30 years combined in gardening.

Here is a summary of the vision for my farming future and/or business plan:

Currently putting a formal plan together but here is a rough outline.
Pasture raised poultry, pork, lambs, goats.
Egg layers, row gardens and salad bar pastures (please see Joel Salatin polyface farm) he literally wrote the book on symbiotic farming.
Marketing plan 4 ways
Farm shop, farmers markets, CSAs and wholesale to local restaurants.
We currently own Paws and Claws Pet Bakery LLC and are in 10 stores so far in our second year we are turning a profit with expected sales to pass 100k for 2020
