Here is a summary of the vision for my farming future and/or business plan:

Looking for a place to hang our hats. We want to produce a market garden, and eggs from chickens and ducks. Our hope is to have a large farmstand open year round to include our produce and eggs as well as goods from local artisans and craftsmen. This would include handmade soaps and beauty products, fiber products from local farms such as knitted and crocheted items, yarns, felted items etc. Local art from painters, wood carvers, potters, etc. Locally produced Meats and cheeses. These items would either be bought wholesale or sold on consignment. Think of it as a local farm store where you can get what you would at the farmers market. My wife and I are both trained bakers and would like to sell fresh baked goods and pastries from the store including danish, scones, muffins, bread, pies, quick bread loafs, croissants.
