My Wife and I Have several years farming experience on smallish diversified farms. Operation revolved around CSA's and included, vegetables, fruit, grains and livestock. For myself (oliver), I grew up on a sheep station in Australia and have sound understanding of animal husbandry. For the last several years I have work as a Butcher specializing in charcuterie and dry cured products. Currently I work as head Butcher at Maine Street Meats.
